Leopoldo Mendoza
Professor and Researcher
Professor Leopoldo is a leading figure in wastewater treatment and reuse, with over two decades of research and education in the water sector.
He served as the Coordinator of UABC’s Ph.D. program in Environment and Development from 2008-2015. His consulting expertise is sought after by organizations like Ensenada’s port authority, Ensenada’s water authority, Sempra Energy, and The Nature Conservancy.
Since 2018, he has been the Editor of Water Science and Technology (IWA) and an Associate Editor of the Water and Environment Journal (Wiley).
