Undergraduate Research Assistant<\/span><\/p>\n Edison Zhang is currently an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Water Systems Management Lab at UC Merced, where he focuses on enhancing the lab’s digital presence and functionality. With a strong background in Computer Science and Engineering, Edison employs his expertise in WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to manage and optimize the lab’s website, ensuring responsive design, interactivity, and cross-browser compatibility. His efforts are integral to streamlining the website’s functionality and improving the user experience, thanks to his collaboration with the development team on custom script development and debugging. Edison’s role exemplifies his dedication to applying technical skills in practical, impactful research settings, contributing significantly to the lab’s operations and outreach.
