He is a PhD student at UC Merced, biologist from Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico and <\/em>has a master’s degree in agricultural and natural resource economics from Universidad Aut\u00f3noma <\/em>Chapingo in Mexico. His research interests include water allocations for urban and agricultural use, sustainable management of farmland and economic valuation of ecosystem services.<\/em><\/p>\n
