Over 30 years of experience in water resources and over 20 as a civil engineer working in water resource engineering, including hydrological and water quality investigation and regional flood control and water supply projects. Professional experience includes working with the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Panama Canal Authority, California Department of Water Resources (DWR), and United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
